What do you do and how did you get to where you are today? What drove you to success? : I have always believed in the power of a smile. This is how I founded Ibtisama Beauty. Today Ibtisama Beauty is highly regarded as "Your Smile Partner", being the first one to tail the cosmetic trends and care about a beautiful white smile for the Middle East market. With Ibtisama Beauty I created a unique concept in the region that avoids the pains of dental visits and the painful dental procedures. It is a daily beauty routine smile-care concept with chemical free - natural ingredients.

The definition of beauty at Ibtisama is the positive vibes that a person gives out through self-confidence. In other words, your beauty is the reflection of both your internal and external well-being.

What brings you joy?

So many things! I am game for anything that spreads happiness. After all, I run a business that creates smiles. I feel proud when people feel confident of their #beautiful smile after a short visit to us.

What would you tell a young graduate today?

Your future is created by what you do today. My advice is to never give up and stay humble. Focus on goals and be willing to readjust them. Learn from our failures, since success is always preceded by learnings from failures.

Why is the UAE a great place for women to succeed? :

UAE is a fast-growing country with a strong economy that offers many opportunities to build and grow a business. Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak made all the possible efforts to support and encourage women empowerment. UAE has added many feathers to the hat - UAE is one of the few countries in the world where the literacy rate of women is higher than that of men, it has recently released the official gender equality guidelines. UAE is a country with a lot of talented women, who are real examples of strong, feminine power.
