Houda is an experienced and dedicated sales and marketing professional and the CEO of Younoh Media. Younoh helps companies leverage their social media to build brand awareness and equity, thereby increasing sales and profits.

What do you do and how did you get to where you are today? What drove you to success? 

I run a digital agency focusing on Social Media Marketing. Our knowledge and expertise put us a step ahead of the other agencies as specialization is key in the digital space. Started alone in the beginning of 2015, as I saw the need of a reasonably priced digital agency that offers quality work and personalized service. Success came with hard work and never over promising to our clients. 

What brings you joy?

Many things from the happy smiles on my daughters’ face to a happy client thanking us for the business we get them online.

What would you tell a young graduate today?

Get the experience you need in a company, there are no bad managers, only bad attitudes. Learn to deal with conflict, as there will be plenty of it.

Why is the UAE a great place for women to succeed?

The UAE is the place for women to have their business, as we have great leaders that believe in us and provide us with the best and friendliest landscape to do business. Rules are clear and easy to follow.
