What do you do and how did you get to where you are today? What drove you to success?

An activist for Special Needs, a sister to an incredible adult with autism, and a mother of an inspiring young girl.  I am the proud Founder and Director of Kalimati Communication and Rehabilitation Center in Dubai. I started Kalimati, which means my words in Arabic, 8 years ago when I was searching for the right environment to support my sister and daughter. They continue to inspire me every day, they inspire me to give, to support other families, and to never give up. They are the reason for Kalimati 's success.

What gives joy to you?

Love, care, and achievements bring me happiness. The love and care I get from my family and my Kalimati family continue to give me the joy that I need. The amazing families that come to Kalimati give me support. The smiles I get from our special children brighten my day.

What would you tell a young graduate today?

Innovate and create. We come from a young country that supports the youth. Create your own personal identity and support your community. We are privileged to live in a country that inspires us with developments and innovative concepts.

Is the UAE the right place for the success of women?

Having HH Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak as the mother of our nation brings greatness to all women in the UAE. Having women ministers, women presidents and members in the Parliament, CEOs, and all other roles prove that we have a strong platform that supports women.
