Amana Pipeline Construction LLC specializes in the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) of Commercial & Military Aviation Fuel Systems (Staging Facilities, Fuel Farms and Tankage for Refined Product Storage) in addition to Jet A1 Fuel Hydrant and Refueling Systems. Associated works also include dedicated tie-ins, and hot tapping works to link existing fuel hydrant refueling systems to newly constructed refueling amenities involving highly specialized skills and procedures in operational airports. The project involves Designing, Engineering, Procuring, Constructing, and Commissioning (EPCC) a Jet A1 Fuel Farm Facility (Fuel Systems and Fuel Farm), consisting of three API 650 tanks (capacity of 9,500 cubic meters), Firewater tank (capacity of 6,000 cubic meters), Switchgear complex, Maintenance and Administration buildings, Truck loading and unloading facilities, Test Rig facilities, Hydrant pump services and complete Firefighting facilities. The scope also includes the full design, installation, and commissioning of all electrical and instrumentation systems to allow for the complete automated control of the facility. All roads and standard utilities are also included in the scope as well as all civil, mechanical, structural, MEP, and process works which were executed in-house.
-Removal of steel sleeves for existing gas pipeline, supply and lay vent pipes, supply and lay joint steel pipe fitting in the trench and connect new vent pipe in the same direction including additional accessories
-Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Jet A1 Fueling System, De-Fueling System and Diesel Fueling System at Dubai World Central International Airport.
-Supply, Installation, Maintenance, Safety, Testing and Commissioning of Chilled Water Piping Network at Modern Residential City, Mussafah.
-Welding, Installation, and Testing of Coated Pipes and Fittings. The project also includes Fabrication, Coating, and Installation of Pipe supports, Hydro Testing and Flushing for the Water Treatment Plant at Rolling Mill Plant in Hamriyah Free Zone No.2.
-Installation of Pre-Insulated Carbon Steel Chilled Water Piping connections up to 500mm entry to retaining wall and NDT for welded pipe joints. The project also includes field insulation of welded joints, supply and installation of puddle flanges with leak seals, hydro testing, flushing, chemical cleaning and passivation.
