Waste - Paper
Wastepaper in the strictest sense of the word is paper discarded as used, is superfluous, not fit to use.
However, wastepaper is effectively recycled into new paper products. Waste paper can be of old magazines, old newspapers, office paper, old telephone directories and residential mixed paper, which can be recycled. Also, by using greater quantities of wastepaper stock, the need for virgin fiber is reduced, and the problem of solid waste disposal is minimized. Waste paper is a secondary raw material which may be reused, e.g. in the production of gray chip. It consists of clean rejects/trimmings from paper factories. Waste paper comes from printing works, paper processing plants, department stores, self-service stores, homes etc.
