Tourist Information centres is a physical location providing tourist information to visitors who tour the place or area locally. Tourist Information centres guide on specific attractions or places of interests, such as a landmark, national park, national forest or state park. Tourist Information centres also mete out information such as trail maps, and about camp sites, staff contact, restrooms, etc. and about a country’s natural or cultural history. Tourist Information centres often uses a film or other media display. Tourist information centers often operate at the airport or other port of entry by the local government or chamber of commerce. Often a visitor center is called simply an information center.
