French restaurants serve French cuisine, which is classy and superbly delicious. French restaurants are considered to be arrogant, are in fact abominably expensive but their emphasis remains on quality not quantity. French restaurants offer meals in three courses, starting from hors d'œuvre or entrée, plat principal (main course),fromage (cheese course) and/or dessert, sometimes with a salad offered before the cheese or dessert. French restaurants have an air of ambience around them, class and style, distinctly glamorous.
