Radio Communication Equipment & Systems
Radio communication systems send signals by radio. Radio communication systems are dependent on technology, user requirements, radio spectrum allocation and service positioning. Radio communication equipment includes a transmitter and a receiver. Both transmitter and receiver have an antenna and microphones at the transmitter and a loudspeaker at the receiver for voice-communication system. The power used in a transmitting station differs, depending on communication distance and transmission conditions. Radio communications systems use frequency-division multiplexing to split up and share the available radio-frequency bandwidth for use by different parties’ communications in tandem. Also, a radio communication system may send information only one way.
