Publishers - Magazine
Magazine publishers are involved in the process of production and distribution of magazines to the general public. Magazine publishers publish magazines, including periodicals, glossaries, or serials printed with ink on paper, and published on a regular schedule. Magazines contain a variety of content and are as a rule financed by advertising, by a purchase price, by pre-paid magazine subscriptions or all three. Magazine publishers may distribute magazines through mail, through sales by newsstands, bookstores or through free distribution at selected pick-up locations.
