Keys & Key Cutting
A key operates a lock. A key is a small piece of metal which has two parts, the blade, which is put into the keyway of the lock and distinguishes between different keys, and the bow, which is left out so that torque can be applied by the user. A key usually operates one specific lock or a small number of locks that are keyed alike. Each lock demands a unique key. Keys, though inexpensive, provide perfect security to buildings, vehicles and cupboards and cabinets. Key cutting can either be mechanical or electronic.
